Mr J. BULL — On Sunday I was thrilled to hear the Premier announce $5 billion for the construction of the airport rail link. It has been talked about for a very long time, and now it is time to make it happen. This will transform not just the north-west, but our state. It is always the Andrews Labor government who gets it done.
