CONSTRUCTION KICKS OFF AT KISMET PARK PRIMARY UPGRADE

Students at Kismet Park Primary School are a step closer to having the facilities they deserve, with construction on a $700,000 Andrews Labor Government funded upgrade.

Josh Bull MP today visited the school to announce that works are now underway in delivering this important facility upgrade to Kismet Park PS.

The almost $1 million project includes upgrades to the main building which houses administration, the library and specialist classrooms like the Art room.

The Andrews Labor Government is building the Education State so that every Victorian students gets the opportunity for a great education and every community has access to a great school.

The project is part of a $2.5 billion investment by the Labor Government to improve classrooms, upgrade facilities and build new schools across the state.

 

This school building boom has created more than 1,000 school upgrades and 56 new school projects across the state, supporting almost 5000 construction jobs to ensure all Victorian families have access to a great school no matter where they live.
